Frontend Developer

Remote / Chittagong, Bangladesh • Full-time • Junior — Mid

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain UI features for the Rewardly web app using Next.js and React under guidance.
  • Translate designs into accessible, responsive components using Tailwind CSS.
  • Work on authentication flows, dynamic pages, and lightweight client interactivity.
  • Help debug hydration issues and optimize performance for user-facing pages.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to consume REST and tRPC endpoints and write integration tests.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years working with React and Next.js or equivalent project experience.
  • Comfortable with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
  • Experience building responsive UI with Tailwind CSS or similar utility frameworks.
  • Familiarity with React hooks, component composition, and basic state management.
  • Interest in SSR/CSR boundaries, performance and accessibility best practices.

Backend Intern

Remote / Chittagong, Bangladesh • Internship • Intern

Responsibilities

  • Work with the backend team to implement and test REST / tRPC endpoints.
  • Help implement authentication, authorization and simple role checks under mentorship.
  • Assist with MongoDB schema updates, migrations and data validation.
  • Support integration testing for payment flows and learn idempotency patterns.
  • Write clear code, tests, and documentation while learning production engineering practices.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Basic experience with Node.js and TypeScript (school projects, internships or personal work).
  • Familiarity with databases (MongoDB preferred) and REST API concepts.
  • Eagerness to learn payments, security best practices and production engineering workflows.
  • Good communication and a collaborative mindset.
